A simple and exquisite dinner was served on the table. Wells HE swept the crystal residue in front of Liam Chu aside and said like a good wife: "Eat."
Liam Chu poured two glasses of white wine, picked them up and said with a smile: "Let's clink glasses."
The glasses made a slight sound when they touched each other, and the hard-won dinner after many setbacks was lit up in the dim candlelight. Liam Chu had eaten Western food many times, but he still couldn't use the knife and fork well. The sound of the knife scratching the bottom of the plate was so shrill that it seemed as if he was not eating steak, but a plate.
Wells HE frowned, raised his hand to take the steak away, and cut it slowly, elegantly and neatly like a natural British aristocrat.
Liam Chu suddenly felt that the anger at this moment was a little strange, such as the candles placed on both sides, the lyrical piano music that was playing, and Wells HE who was helping him cut steak.
