Avery was sick for about two or three days before he completely recovered. After he recovered, he breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that he would not be eaten by the White Moon Fox as a sick animal.
The snow had been falling heavier these days, almost without stopping. Soon, Avery learned from Hunter that the road to the town was blocked by heavy snow. Once the traffic between the two places was cut off, Shuifu Village almost became an isolated village. It could only wait until the snow melted in the spring of next year before it could contact other places again.
Avery had very vague memories of winter when he was a child. He only vaguely remembered that the winter in Shuifu Village was particularly difficult to endure compared to other seasons. Food became precious and scarce, and it was difficult to eat fresh vegetables.
Now, Avery has a clear understanding of this kind of hardship. After about five or six days of snow, the Internet and electricity at home were cut off. Avery was watching TV at home that day, and the house suddenly fell into darkness. Hunter was very calm, obviously he had expected what would happen here: "The power was cut off."
Avery said: "It's broken? Didn't you say it would be broken in December?"
