"Do you know Shaohao?" Avery asked.
"Shaohao?" Unexpectedly, the girl shook her head, indicating that she didn't know Shaohao. Avery wanted to ask again, but Wang Rumeng urged him, saying that he couldn't stay here for long. It would be troublesome if other humans came down and saw him. Then he opened his car door and motioned Avery to get in. Avery stood at the door without moving, turned his head and looked at the mess on the ground: "Can I pick these things up first?" He spent a lot of money.
Wang Rumeng looked at the scattered food, thought for a moment, and nodded to agree to Avery's request. The girl who changed into a down jacket got on the back seat of the car first and waited for the two of them. It took about five minutes for Avery to pick up all the things that fell on the ground. Most of them were not damaged, but the unlucky ones were that the delicate strawberries were damaged a lot after rolling on the ground, and pink juice was overflowing from the box.
Avery looked a little distressed and put the strawberries on top of the bag, thinking that he would come back and buy a good box after he was done.
After getting into Wang Rumeng's car, Avery and the girl sat in the back. The atmosphere between the two was very silent, and no one wanted to speak. Wang Rumeng asked Avery some questions from time to time. It seemed that he regarded Avery as a non-human hidden among humans and tried to get some words out of him. Avery told the unimportant things, but chose to perfunctorily or remain silent about the key information. Fortunately, Wang Rumeng did not intend to ask to the end.
