Holding the strawberries carefully, the two of them went back home in a pickup truck.
Hunter at home didn't know what happened. He and Nathan were cleaning the yard, but Nathan's phone rang. After picking it up, his face changed drastically. He threw the broom in his hand and turned around and left. He didn't dare to ask Nathan what happened. He originally wanted to wait for Avery to come back and tell him, but he saw Nathan and Avery came back together.
"Why are you two together?" Hunter was a little confused.
"Oh, I called Nathan over for something." Avery said, "and then I came back with him."
Hunter didn't think much after hearing this. Avery sorted out the things he brought back, took out the strawberries and asked Hunter to wash them, and then asked him to pick some eyeball fruits in the backyard. The eyeball fruits were very juicy, and they should be delicious when used to make candied haws.
