After graduating from university, I went to work in a local commercial bank.
I had some hope for my career prospects during college, but once I graduated, this naive confidence was completely destroyed by reality. I sent out 38 resumes but received no response. I watched my classmates find glamorous jobs one by one, while I was still in my rented apartment revising my resume.
However, this is also what you deserve.
Because I was obsessed with rights protection activities, my test scores were all very low, and I didn't have any impressive internship experience.
The peak season for graduate recruitment passed in a flash. When I was feeling discouraged and started to study the job advertisements of life insurance companies, an offer email from a city commercial bank miraculously appeared in my email box (I later learned that it was because the original recruiter was unable to take up the position due to health reasons). Of course, I had no reason to refuse.
