The horse galloped as fast as lightning.

On the official road, dust was raised, and pedestrians and convoys were seen running away, fearing that they would not be able to dodge in time and be hit and injured, and would have no place to complain.

A man in sackcloth clothes didn't understand what was going on. He stared at the group of people and horses that were galloping by, his face showing anger.
