"Uncle, what happened at home?" Ethan Ye asked. He had already arrived in front of Shen Bian.
Shen Bian jumped off the horse and handed the reins to Ethan Ye. He said anxiously, "I don't know the details. My sister-in-law suddenly found me with your and Qingjie'er's child in her arms. She said that several masters had come and they were probably targeting Qingjie'er. She asked me to come to you right away."
Before Shen Bian finished speaking, Ethan Ye had already galloped away on his horse. Along the way, Ethan Ye thought about nothing but one thought in his mind - to get back as soon as possible.
Not long after, he rode his horse quickly through the gate of Shaoxing City. The guards on the city wall almost shot arrows at him because they couldn't recognize him in the dark.
After entering the city, Ethan Ye abandoned his horse, displayed his lightness skills, climbed over eaves and walls, and headed straight for the Shen family.
