In the same years, Bobby Cortick worked hard and finally got the opportunity when Vivendi was in financial crisis.
He took the opportunity to repurchase Activision Blizzard's shares, and through a series of capital operations, he quietly took control of Activision Blizzard.
Blizzard realized it later and found that he had just escaped from the wolf's den and fell into the tiger's mouth. Life has not changed, or even become more difficult. He used to eat grass and milk cows, but now he can't even eat enough grass.
Vivendi sold Activision Blizzard and then regretted it, but it was too late to regret and could only look for new targets.
Later, they set their sights on another gaming giant - Ubisoft. This is another feud that I won't go into detail about.
