Bai Yuting was stunned when he saw the figure. It was that ghost-faced man again. What did he want to do above Aunt Mei's yard?
Suspicious, Oliver Bai followed quietly without making a sound. He saw the ghost-faced man leap into the courtyard and land on the ground silently.
At the table, Aunt Mei was embroidering something, concentrating so much that she didn't notice someone behind her. Oliver Bai climbed up the wall and looked down quietly. He saw Aunt Mei sitting in the yard in the cold weather, sewing something with her head down, squinting her eyes, and her fingers were red from the cold. The cold wind in the yard blew with the cold scent of plum blossoms, and Oliver Bai frowned.
The ghost-faced man had quietly landed behind Aunt Mei, pulled out a dagger from his sleeve, and stabbed her with his sword...
With a clang sound.
