The restaurant was very quiet, with no other guests around. The waiter tiptoed to the table and put down the steaming drink. Belle leaned over the edge of the table, salivating over the drink.
"My hunters are never wrong," Griffin said. "I deny your request."
"You should have thought about this before you spoke," Roxanne said. "I cannot trust an ally who is not willing to pay the price. Your hunter hurt my brother, and he must be held accountable."
"That's very willful," Griffin said, "but I still deny your request."
The smoke in front of Roxanna's black eyes had disappeared, which made her still upturned lips reveal a little unhappiness, "You should think about it carefully. I don't want his life, I just want to punish him a little."
