This is the entrance to the unit downstairs in the community. After Alex Ye finished his confession, Liam Wen quickly pulled him to the other corner. He did not hold his hand directly, but just put his hand on his sleeve and held his wrist.
There was no one passing by yet, so the two of them stood in the shadow against the light, and the light from the street lamp made their shadows thin and long.
Alex Ye's breathing was still a little rapid. He moved his lips and was about to speak again, but Liam Wen looked in the direction he had just walked from and said in front of him: "You are drunk."
She tilted her face slightly, as if she didn't dare to look him in the eye, "You've worked hard today, go to bed early."
Alex Ye looked at him steadily, slowed down his tone, and said word by word: "I am serious, I really like you."
